SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding
weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your
order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates
provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or high demand,
and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 days for the
tracking status to update after you receive it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you
notice a mistake, email alejandro@heliosfinds.com within 12 hours so we can try to update it
before shipping.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any import taxes or customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the
customer.
