How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 5–11 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow 1–3 days for it to start updating.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We've got you covered. Email alejandro@heliosfinds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. If we ask you to send the item back, return shipping is on us.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can return it unused, in its original box, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Just email us first and we'll send you the instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
