We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow 1–3 days for it to start updating.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We've got you covered. Email alejandro@heliosfinds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
